I work with CEOs and CFOs on the moments that are genuinely hard — when growth has stalled, transformations are not landing, or organisations have outgrown how they operate.
My background spans AI, deep technology, and broader commercial and operational leadership roles, including P&L responsibility up to €3bn. For much of my career, I have been directly accountable for delivering change. Over the past decade, I have worked more as an independent advisor in situations where an external perspective is needed to unlock progress.
In practice, I help leadership teams break down complex problems into clear, actionable pieces, surface what is really holding the business back, and define a focused path forward. This often means stepping back to challenge and reshape the underlying strategy — not just executing against it. I am typically brought in where significant change is required — not incremental improvement, but situations where direction, structure, or pace need to shift materially.
I’ve supported companies from Series A through to €20bn+ revenue, most often at inflection points where the stakes are highest and progress needs to happen quickly.
I work in a hands-on way — establishing alignment early, getting to the root of the issue fast, and building momentum from the outset. I operate without a large supporting structure and lead change directly with leadership teams.
